What type of environment are you attempting to connect to?

Pretty basic citrix farm through the Citrix Storefront. All of these devices are on-site so no need to go through Netscaler.

ah, I have a Horizon environment, so can't speak for what settings you might need.

what errors are you seeing?

Currently, I'm having trouble getting the VNC working so I can look at the local device on my own. I'm having to go between the helpdesk through chat and they're pretty busy on their own.
