I've set backup phone numbers for every work related account which needs 2FA. On my private device I'm using Authy which syncs to iCloud.

Highly recommend authy. Even has a desktop app

authy here as well, only 1 or 2 company related duo's that are only on my primary phone but can't have that on multiple anyway
