I've just started at a place (services provider) that surveys customers on the projects we deliver. Some of my customers survey their staff on a range of internal functions - IT, HR etc

I might ask my own employer to look into the same. I do projects, and often never hear back, which could mean a did a good job ; everything kept working, or they weren't happy and just didn't say anything

We have a concept of an acceptance survey for all our projects - nothing better for the project team when they get positive feedback from customers - it's what we celebrate the most
