03/11/2022, 11:03 AMwhat icon do you have then? like a white icon? do you redirect the user folders on the Citrix configuration? Do you redirect the desktop? Maybe you have configured folders and desktop redirection on the Citrix side but something is not working or not setup properly. Ideally do not redirect the Desktop folder if you can, for published apps.

03/11/2022, 5:53 PMIf you use UWM to capture these files, be aware that files that are unpinned will not be removed from the personalization, this issue was there in Appsense time and still there in ivanti time 😞
