Did you try wireshark to see what's going on? Latest version of Igel OS? Is the issue on all the TCs or specific TCs with a certain nic?

Seems to happen across iGel OS versions, haven't done Wireshark yet. But oddly if we launch a second desktop on the same desktop, the second session will have normal latency while the first one has high latency

I haven't seen that personally in all of my testing in IGEL (UD2s and UD3s). Started with 11.03.x and now running 11.07.x.

There are similar threads in IGEL Community Slack. https://igelcommunity.slack.com AFAIR there is no solution yet beside downgrade VDA to 2109 or 1912 CU3… Disable EDT seems also work better…
