As to how I do it? Unfortunately I've never documented it.

Packer/Chocolatey/MSIX and 3rd party SDS like Barramundi, Matrix etc.. FSLogix to hide if necessary

I think I have seen a packer demo in CUGC community. I will have a look on this. Thanks guys
