I moved the profile off a network share because we were seeing the same thing, performance was awful

I’m not sure about chrome exclusions though, I was doing mcsio at the time and was told having them dump that to the local disk would be bad

going through this right now, not due to performance reasons, just b/c I want it handled more natively.  I created a powershell script that runs on login (via appsense 'after desktop' launches) to copy the user data folder to the correct local spot.  It just runs in the background, no window.  I still need to do some testing to prepare for the actual cutover tho.
