ShareX. Look and feel almost like Greenshot just better with more features. Available both in Windows Store and as an MSI installer

Greenshot :) Maybe you can give ShareX a try. It's also open source and active maintained. Greenshot sadly stuck since years. But it works without much problems. Some crashes from time to time.

Disabling auto updates, ensuring pictures save in picture folder, proper shortcut configuration, language etc Check the script and config file and you'll know. Just switch the language to english and you are good to go. The script is also Evergreen ready
