A personal account is important for training.citrix.com. Because if you change your employer you cannot transfer your old courses to the new employer. The old courses get all updates of the courses until they changed the course number.

Good point. That was on my list of things to ask Citrix.
The Citrix account creation page requires a company name, which is why I ask. I guess I could just use my name for that field.

Is it normal to not be able to open a support ticket on a personal account?
Nevermind, that portal is likely for support agreements only. So I guess I have to call their normal 800 number for customer service.
Citrix is telling me that they cannot merge accounts, yet I've seen other posts online where they have done it. I guess I'll keep escalating, but that's annoying.
