ALT+Space to trigger context menu then X?
I prefer ALT+Space for context menu, M for Move, followed by arrow key to bind the cursor to the window, then move mouse when Window is anchored to cursor.

i do the easy way of highlighting the app in taskbar, right clicking the preview window then selecting move and then pressing any keyboard arrow key then moving my mouse around
