10/28/2026, 3:30 AMHi All, does adding administrators (users/groups) from Scout Board is working? It is not working for us, when lookup AD objects it just stays and does nothing. We are using Scout Console to add administrators using the same admin account. I read that Scout Console will be deprecated from v2611, so want to check if it is just us or a bug with the product.

10/28/2026, 11:31 AMDid you setup the new ldaps settings? They switched from ldap to ldaps recently and it could be preventing you from adding AD groups.

10/28/2026, 9:39 PMOnly 14 user objects are listed when I click drop down and not all objects are shown. Could this be a restriction on Scout Board? I am able to add any of the 14 user objects from drop down as Scout administrator.

10/28/2026, 10:43 PMI was working with someone from Citrix and they discovered that as a "workaround" so hopefully its raised internally
