VDA SSO Hello, I have an issue with VDA SSO, does anyone have the same ? My user uses AD authentication on eLux than application are enumerated by Workspace App (SSO). But when I launch the application, VDA asks logon information. This is not the case if I use explicit logon on Workspace App. Is a there a way to avoid this ? Thank you.

Hi all, I am doing some Unicon testing with bootable USB / StickWizz tool. MS Teams is showing as Not Optimized in my Citrix Win 11 VDI session. I cannot see any documentation relating to Unicon and MS Teams specifically, but I did note in the docs it says that the Citrix Client should be updated via the StickWizz image, and not the native Linux client download. I am using the latest StickWizz image from the Unicon downloads site. Does anyone know if there is a trick to getting optimised Teams with Unicon? If I take the USB out and boot into my normal Win 11 client OS and then connect to my Citrix VDI, teams optimisation works just fine.

Good morning everybody, does anyone know anything about the new “Persistent Home” feature in eLux 2511? I added the package to the BaseOS, but I can’t find any setting to enable persistent homes. I also haven’t found anything about it in the documentation.

Hi all, during a PoC we’ve noticed that some clients are shown as “Online” even though the device is actually offline. Is this a known issue or is there a way to fix this? Also, how does Scout handle clients with changing ip adresses or multiple network cards (LAN + WIFI)? Thanks!

I resolved all my SCOUT install issues. UNICON PMs / tech team, the SCOUT installer needs work. Each person I've talked to who's tried SCOUT for the first time says the same. So I have learned, that when you own Citrix CSP UHMC licenses from Arrow in Europe, you are entitled to use UniconOS Management Cloud and don't need any infra yourself. Tried the UniconOS dualboot. Unfortunately if your OS on your laptop is installed on Disk 1 instead of Disk 0 it doesn't work. And the recommended CLI isn't honored to support it. So rebuilding my Windows OS on Disk 0 now.

fyi on anyone upgrading to 2607....the Scout Cert/ENV files need to be backed up before hand. Also, LDAPS got a rework and will most likely need to be reconfigured after the upgrade.

Anyone else having trouble with figuring out the best way to apply settings to endpoints with Unicon? Have to say the whole 'global' device management, OU device management, and the config rules/labels, and lack of proper inheritance seems like a pretty complex way to apply settings. Coming from Dell WMS and Igel, where inheritance just works, seems like a better strategy to me. Thoughts?

Does anyone know why Google Chrome is not available to download for elux? The documentation outlines that it should be available, and Scout has the ability to publish Chrome as an application.

For Elias, a nice feature would be if I updated the packages to have it automatically update all of the packages in an image. So if I setup CWA, Firefox, and LDAP, and the package has updates of those, automatically move them over

Hi All, does adding administrators (users/groups) from Scout Board is working? It is not working for us, when lookup AD objects it just stays and does nothing. We are using Scout Console to add administrators using the same admin account. I read that Scout Console will be deprecated from v2611, so want to check if it is just us or a bug with the product.

What are the parameters for publishing web URL in incognito/inprivate mode?

Anyone know of the reason for this? Its removed from all newer packages with no replacement, an even older version is still available in older Packages, for now
