I'm not sure I like the part about "multi-user environments" as it seems to exclude single-session?
[Windows Explorer (Known issue)] Fixed This update fixes an issue that affects Windows Explorer in multi-user environments, such as Azure Virtual Desktop and FSLogix. After sign-in, Explorer.exe might fail to start or repeatedly crash, causing a black screen. October 13, 2026—KB5127648 (OS Builds 26300.9711, 26200.9711 and 26100.9711) | Microsoft Support

We've not had any reports since we've deployed the patch to our dev and test environments, around 8-10 users on those at any given time.

We escalated our rollout due to the actively exploited shell/motw vulnerability and haven't gotten any more black screen reports.
