A bit of an awkward question. Our licenses are due to be renewed soon but my company unfortunately is shutting down. What's the grace period once the licenses expire? This is for Citrix cloud

I am uniquely positioned to answer this because of a Citrix screw up that I don't have the energy to fully explain...:) The official answer is 60 days if I recall correctly. But thats not a hard number...in our case it took another 20 or so days (80 days total) before they turned off our tenant.

Officially, there is no grace period with DaaS. We recently saw that with a customer (they relied on a grace period as in the old days) and got the confirmation from Citrix that grace period does not exist anymore.
