I have a funny thing. A Customer implemented a new Telephone Software on there Worker. It works like a charm when the different users are on different worker. IF they are on the same worker the sound doesnt work. The software (mitel micolab) doesnt support media redirection... anyone any ideas ?

The software is probably using the same virtual loopback IP/port

Give it a try with this policy and check which ip/port the application is using. I've used this with SwyxOn.
