BAM immediately registered. Only works for full clones. Ran into this when trying to migrate over 5k machines on ESXi to DAAS. Then when we started moving them from ESXi to AHV and then moving them to DAAS, same problem. Some machines would go, some wouldn't. Delete the identity disk, and away we go.

hey Jeff, is that because of the delivery controllers being baked into that? There was some old process involving psexec to take and remove that configuration. We ran into that scenario years ago. Yup, we tried doing all those. It was something locked directly in that 16mb disk. That was super overriding everything.
