I think there is an issue with the auto update for MacOS policy in the Client App Management service. I see on the MacOS downloads site that 2511.1 is the current version and 2603 is the Tech Preview version. However, the auto update policy states that 26.03.X.X is the current version and our clients are being auto updated to this version.

I am seeing issues with my 26.4 tahoe machine opening Workspace App. Can launch sessions from browsers. But from Workspace App it just spins and spins.

Same here Jeff, a clean re-install of latest CWA fixed the issue

Need to try rolling back. Looks like 2603 is having a problem with internal beacons. It is failing connecting to it, so it tries connecting externally, but since we have no gateway on the internal storefront site it fails. But that internal beacon is the URL of the storefront server, so we know that works.

@Jeff Riechers can u share logs when problem happened

Well. I found the problem. Someone has claimed my storefront URL with Client App Management. So when I try and use that url the MAC fails. Works on every other client type. Just not the MAC. If I setup a CNAME to point to my Storefront URL it works. Going to open a ticket.

can u sahre the ticket once u have open

101847067 I uploaded a bunch of log files, you can see it works connecting to the server name directly. Not to the LB name. But does connect with the CNAME to the LB name.

You can also DM me your SF URL I can check in back-end. Also if its not working on Mac only share me mac logs ,I can look into those

I tried claiming the URL myself, but it gave the same error message you get if you try and claim a url already setup. That's what makes me think this is it.
