A lot of my users are experiencing random cut/paste issues between two separate Windows - Windows VDI and Windows - Linux VDI. All on VDA 2507 LTSR CU1. Workspace App on Mac is the latest 2511.10. It happens randomly during the work day, and only solution is to reconnect both VDI session. Sometimes also localhost has to be rebooted.

I would recommend opening a support case for this so we can take a look at the issue.

ODU-245 - CVADHELP-30717 Readme: To ensure Safe Private configuration is properly applied, replace the specified files located at the designated path within the VDA environment. Instructions: - Locate the files (private binaries) listed below. \Safe_Private\TS or WS\vclipbd.dll - Navigate to the corresponding directory "C:\Program Files (x86)\Citrix\HDX\bin" on the VDA. - Before replacing any files, ensure the existing binaries are renamed for backup or rollback purposes. - Replace the file with its updated version. - Validate the replacement to ensure system stability and compliance. - Restart the VDA. Note: The Safe Private is for Single & Multi Session VDA of 2507 LTSR CU1. TS - Multi Session VDA WS - Single Session VDA Or do like my colleague did copy this DLL from the 2503 VDA I had to escalate my support case after 4 weeks to get the hotfix after finding out it was available on r/Citrix.
