XenServer - Boot From SAN Hello all ! Does anyone use Boot From SAN with XenServer ? I will use Boot From SAN on a new deployment. The documentation is very light on this subject, I would be grateful for any tips ! Thank you. Ex: Size on the LUN used to install XenServer

we use boot to san, 138GB luns, with multipath enabled. When you install xenserver there is a grub menu that pops up for 5 sec, make sure you choose the multipath option there, otherwise your boot lun won't multipath.

Thank you Steve. Why 138 Gb ? The recommended size is 70 GB for local storage, is there anything that justify more on Boot From SAN ?
