What is determined to be a foreigner? Isnt that company in Canada? So no US workers either?

my term, foreigner. It's a US company and she stated that they won't sponsor anyone.

Isn't that what remote are for? ROFLOL. As long as you have an US LLC it should be good. I have done it for the last 6 years.
