Sort of job related as after 17 years I'm leaving my current role. Does anyone know what the procedure is for separating your MyCitrix logon from your current employer/Citrix Partner so you can retain your profile/discussion posts etc as well as keep your original logon ID, albeit with a new email address? Last time I had to do this it was a call to CSS that went so slowly and poorly I just ended up creating new id at the time, so I am guessing now it will be a battle with the chatbot to log a ticket, or reaching out to a Partner Account Manager?
