Has anyone noticed random lag through sessions using Citrix Gateway service lately? It seems in the last week or so we are noticing more and more random lag on remote workers sessions.

Check what pops they are connecting through, could be they are being sent to one not as preferred as others. Also do you have rendezvous enabled to bypass your cloud connectors?

Whats the best way to check which pops they are using? We are not currently using rendezvous but might have to look into that, v1 and v2 are both a thing now I see

It's a game changer if there is any load on your cloud connectors it puts lag on the session. You should see the pop in monitor for the session.
