Greetings. I am seeking additional insight regarding device posture. We are using Citrix Workspace Service and on two occasions we have attempted to enable Device Posture. On both occasions, it broke the environment, preventing connectivity and access to Workspace. We get the errors below. Once Device Posture is disabled after about 10 min the service is restored. We have tried it in both in Test and Production mode. We have reviewed the requirements. Curious if anyone has received a similar experience?

This i snot a normal thing you should open a ticket must be something in the configuration of your tenant.

Just to follow up it was identified that our OrgID was too short and conflict with some of Citrix checks. They are patching and hope to have a fix after the first of December. Just FYI if you have a short Org ID.
