We have inherited a client running Ericom Connect. They have multiple Server 2022 RD Session hosts which are in a bit of a mess. All different with no optimisations. I am not familiar with Ericom. Citrix background and use MCS for image management. I have seen references that Ericom apparently has image management built in, but can't find anything in the admin guide about this. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

From what I remember it is that you create an image, and new machines are created from that image in the gallery.. sysprep kicks in to make it a workable machine. Their agent (thinking hard now.. wasn't it called remote agent??) needs to be installed. long long time ago I checked them out or saw them
