08/14/2025, 1:19 PMSorry to ask this question but on our Win11 23H2 Build, Appx packages for Notepad and Calc are blocked by System administrator, I've looked in Applocker in event viewer and can't see anything related to Notepad and Calc being blocked. We have windows Store Disabled. Any idea where to look?

08/14/2025, 1:34 PMit's either the base "enforce rules" for packaged apps or the "Packaged app Rules" that used to give me gyp by blocking everything UWP, can't remember which one
