I found out that the Hitman Pro component - (humper).. was getting it hooks into before DEM got its hooks in. And it was stopping DEM from working properly. This was seen in the logs. Check for “Error trying to start injection”. So my workaround for now, was to create a simple batch file.. called HMP.bat - which ran a powershell script. In a nutshell in probably really bad powershell scripting it checks the HKLM:\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\hmpalert\Config and for a “PolicyInjectionExclusions” key.
