Server 2019 multisession non persistent vda farm in a hybrid daas environment. HEIC files won't open. DLL have been imported and infranview is used as the viewer. When I reinstall the dll and app on the image it does seem to work. FSlogix is used for containers but once deployed or soon after users can't open them again. Any suggestions?

How are you installing the dll and app? Does irfanview itself work on reboots? Do you have to reinstall on every reboot, or on ever user login.

Registering with powershell and installing the app on base image. They reboot daily but I don't seem to have the issue myself. It's almost like it's installing the dll and appx package for just the user.
