since it looks like its installing into the user profile you would need to use a logon script to copy the first and edit the registry. You could make the script firts check to see if it haas already been run so you dont rerun if you dont need to. You could store the images in a folder by adding to the same layer you have teams in.

Did you try it as a logon script or did you try to just run it in a layer

i asked this question in app layering, becouse there is no channel for VDI Teams. And i saw alot of people asking question about new teams.
I tried the solution running manually the script and in logon script. I dont need app layering for now.
