I recently upgraded a client to CVAD 2402 LTSR CU2, and they encountered an error message. Despite everything being updated, I can't figure out why this issue is occurring. I found on Reddit that other customers are experiencing the same problem, but no solution has been provided. Has anyone come across this before? If so, how did you resolve it?

In the new installer is a option to install the CR director 2411. So now you have version difference between your delivery controllers and the director

I think this is ok. Because Support for Director is CR (2411) not LTSR

how do i check what version of director is installed?
