If your software vendor requires you be on LTSR for support savings.

If you don't need the latest new features in the latest VDA version

if you don't want to chase down cutting edge issues.

There's a current bug with the CR VDA 2411 - HostMMTransport64.dll and HostMMTransport.dll, where if you use RemotePC or any other mixed connection (ie, ICA to RDP, ICA to Console, etc), RTOP "optimized" apps will crash. If you run Skype for Business, Teams V2 or any other app that use the RTOP (oddly enough we saw crashes with TechSmith's SnagIt). There's a hotfix available, you'll need to open a ticket and reference CTX585013 to get the hotfix. Edit: added specifics

Yeah I saw that, guess I’ll sit in 2402 CU1 until 2503 comes out. I saw another bug in 2402 CU2: Known issues in 2402 CU2 The Outlook system tray menu might appear but right clicking it does not pop-up any of the action menu on the first logon after launching and logging into the Outlook application. As a workaround, you can log off and log back in to the session to access the menu. [LCM-17124] You might face issues with the settings window after launching the seamless application where the close (‘X’) button separates from the window and remains in the initial position.
