As many of you know, we currently switch from CSP Standard to CSP UHMC licenses, therefore gain access to WEM. Today I discovered WEM basic agents. (https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/workspace-environment-management/current-release/manage-basic-deployment-agents) Many customers would profit very fast of the most important WEM features, without the need to deploy any infrastructure, but just the WEM agent added to the build pipeline of the Master image. This is just a few minutes work, instead of a few hours for the whole backend. The only option I'm missing, would be to disable the splash screen. With just CPU/MEM/IO optimization active, there is no need for the user to see anything of the WEM agent at all. Even the tray icon would serve no use. How can I add this feature request? Through a severity 4 support ticket for the WEM team?
