Anyone have issues with some Mac clients unable to reconnect to their session with Citrix cloud? We cutover our control plane last week and we've been getting more tickets of users unable to reconnect to their session. I see session reliability kicking in many times, and then when they try to reconnect it bugs out. We're using VDA 2402 CU1, and have the FastReconnect keys, etc. set properly We didn't have this issue with our on-premise Netscaler as much.

I'm trying to see which client version their using, I was told 2411.1 last night for one user but checking this new report we got now.

I can't replicate the issue at all on my Mac, but I realized we weren't running EDT in the cloud like we were on-premises, so I turned that on by enabling rendezvous in the Citrix policy. The user having an issue with is on MacOS 15.3 with the latest version of workspace app. Director shows their session "ended" but it's still disconnected on the VDA. If I restart the Citrix Desktop service, it registers the session again, and they are able to reconnect.
