That was my first thought too...Then I asked ChatGPT (you see my mistake now? 🙂 ) https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/identity/ad-ds/active-directory-functional-levels I didn't go get the full story that 2019 and 2022 don't have functional levels and use 2016. All good.
