Can anyone tell me how you can update the firmware of an iGel - and also the Citrix Workspace app - WITHOUT using UMS? I’ve tried various URLs I’ve seen in the iGel documentation on eg. fwus.igelize.me:443 etc. - even tried fwemea for kicks - all URLs fail to respond so this must be old documentation. Also can I download the Citrix Workspace app package and update it manually also?
