Noticing today that DaaS seems to only be sending shutdown signals not startup to my VMware environment. Anyone seeing this? Things like weekly reboots affected etc. Even a manual startup signal from DaaS appears to just be ignored.

Hey Terry, not sure if exactly the same, but had a similar issue a month or so ago with one of our cloud customers, a refresh of the hosting connection seemed to resolve this for us.
