A customer reported problems with screen flickering on a new Windows Server 2022 terminal server with the latest VDA installed. Unfortunately, we have never been able to see the problem live ourselves. The problem occurs 2-3 times a day and lasts for a few seconds. Happens with one or more screens. Graphics card drivers and workspace are up to date. Have any of you ever had this problem? Thanks

Does the endpoint have Intel drivers?

Yes, they have Intel drivers

If you have the drivers that work with Workspace app, it could be redraws inside the session. Is it flashing on everything on the system, or everything in the session.

It's only happening inside the Citrix Session on the new 2022 terminalserver. The problem did not occur on the old 2016 terminal server

2022 uses new video rendering engines, so this makes sense.

Okay, so it's a client-related problem, right? Graphics card or something like that?

Intel driver 32.0.101.5762 solved this problem for us
