Hello, Is it possible to find some kpi on a citrix farm like the availability of all the components of the citrix farm ? I would like to know the percentage of availabilty of storefront, delivery controllers, pvs servers, vda.. Thanks 🙂

I am not aware of a built-in solution that provides the metrics you need, maybe with uberAgent you can create such a dashboard. Citrix is going to add "Infrastructure Monitoring" to Director/Monitor at the moment, so you will end up with something like this (see screenshot). Whats your definition of "availability"? You want to check specific services or "just" if the machines are reachable? With 3rd party, eg ControlUp (synthetic monitoring) you can achieve a lot if you can be more precise on whats needed 🙂

Thank you for your answer. We want to look for have some metrics like : my VDA are available 99.9% of time. Like a kuma solution monitoring but not only with ping. My boss want a dashboard with the health and availabilty of our citrix farm. Maybe it's not possible, that's why i'm asking here 🙂
