Hi All, i am upgrading a client environment that has PVS. Running the DDCs at 2402 cu1 and SF, VDAs and PVS on 2203 or 1912 should still work, correct?

They arent related. But why not update PVS aswell?

we will but not following it the order that citrix recommends -

I would usually upgrade using the following process: License server Storefront servers Wem brokers PVS servers Deliver Controllers/Director VDA/PVS Agent/WEM Agent The versions should work, although to be in support you should be running all same versions at at least n-1 of the current CR or LTSR CU

Rule of thumb with PVS is the target device software can't be newer than the PVS server. I normally upgrade my PVS servers Console/server components after the license server and storefront servers. The vdisks will work fine using a older PVS target device software with an updated PVS server

Yep, what John Carmody said. To avoid incompatibility issues I also wouldn't upgrade the VDA until you are ready to upgrade the PVS Target Device Agent. I've seen conflicting issues with Citrix Diagnostics Facility (CDF) components, etc. So I would be leaving them till last.
