Anyone familiar with ConnectWise Automate agents (formerly LabTech) and non-persistent pools? From what we can gather, there seems to be a lot of struggles with these agents working well - duplicate or servers/VDIs not showing up in the dashboard, etc.). There is a unique key you can remove on your Gold image before cloning (for ScreenConnect) but nothing for the actual LabTech agent. I can’t find any proper seal process recommendations from CW, and the intelligence on how to handle this appears to be lacking on their back end. Anyone know of any secrets on getting this to work on the back end?

Thanks James. If I understand it correctly, there is a procedure for ScreenConnect, but it’s the other RMM (LabTech) part of the tool installed by Automate that is causing this client grief. And I do see a lot of smoke on the forums about it, with no real recommendations or fixes.

Yah I get it, script was more to show how I tackled the other bits in the past in case it was similar - haven’t come across that other bit in the wild - sorry mate
