On our Storefront we found log : no available workstation but vda is ready and no connexion on it... very strange..

I opened a case but I could not open it in very critical because on phone no one available..
in Monitor, we only have failed connexion, no information off machine failures... that's strange..

Normaly, when DB fails, customer could connecte because LHC should be activated on Cloud connectors.. ?
Here customer could connect but very very slowly... so we have a lot of connexion failure in monitor..

if log-on works pretty slow it looks like LHC works...

We get this from Support: Severity updated to 2, Reason for Severity Change: Cloud outage - our backend team is aware of this and they are currently working on the fix

Has anyone seen this ? We recently had our license reinstated this morning after it dropped off. Not sure if its related to the license or the outage?
Users are in the relevant groups, but they show no resources to launch.

For us in France it's not resolved ... sometimes customers are able to connect and sometimes not on same Ctx Gateway in our environment..

We already have randomly issues with connexion to Citrix Daas though Netscaler and Storefront. Connexions are not working and sometimes we have : unable to connect to "Desktop". Try again. Error Code : 2064.10060 All our customer are connecting to the same url on our Ctw Gateway on our Netscaler and it's working for some user and not for other 😞
Other people are affected ? It seems not be resolved by us because randomnly users are unable to Connect.
We found why... a colleague integrated a new customer on daas csp tenant and checked on our tenant the enable dns resolution checkbox. But we connect through NS + Storefront, not with workspace and the colleague customer connects with workspace with rendez-vous protocol. We disabled it for now to resolve our issues.
Whats strange is the issue with this parameter enabled.. 🤷‍♂️
