There appears to be a process in Windows Server 2025 that reverts values in a set of registry keys - would anyone know what that is or a pointer to more details? For example, changing the values in

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\FontSubstitutes

are reverted after a period.
