any daas customers getting a ton of false positive alerts for connection failures? we opened a ticket and citrix acts like it's a known issue but haven't provided much

I am tracking these down on-premises as well. Usually on reconnects, it's acting like the system is connecting to a machine to start a session, finds an existing session, and then abandons the first connection process.

I have seen that with a customer. They get ~100 a day for 6000 users

Luckily going to 2402 reduced some of those connection failures, and replaced them with Machine Failures - Refused for Imprivata sessions reconnecting to a session that is in the process of logging off a session due to a timeout.

we had the opposite problem, moving to the LTSR +CU is when ours started increasing. feel free to reference Case#83012487 if needed

Only for the last 3 years…. At this point I mostly ignore failures until they get in the triple digit per hour range.

If you have analytics, are you seeing it also cause blackhole machine alerts?
