Since VDA 2402 LTSR CU1 we got the following file during Outlook Start in the the userprofile BullseyeCoverpageError.txt with content "BullseyeCoverage 8.11.4 error 15: Cannot find C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16/test.cov. COVFILE is not set, errno=2. Executable is C:\Program Files\Citrix\User Profile Manager\upmoutlookhook.dll"

I'm seeing this as well. From what I read this is some debugging code that was likely left in Citrix code. I don't understand what you are saying to do as a workaround though.

If the environment variable is not set, the file will be created on the root path of a network share or sometimes on a local path of the VM. We have seen this from the storage monitoring beginning this week after VDA 2402 CU1 is rolling out, with peeks of network traffic from 15.000 Citrix users.

If I had looked at the image, it makes much more sense. Seems like a decent work around for now.

We are in contact with Citrix too. I will keep you updated.

I have seen this as well. My security team found it and asked me what it was.

This issue will be fixed in UPM 2411 or 2402 CU2. You can grab the 2411 EAR for testing.
