Anyone else have issues recently with cloud showing machines as unknown powerstate? Had an incident Friday that was only resolved by Citrix engineering rebooting the cloud DDCs that our environment talks to, but then this morning same issue, same 'fix'.

Used to happen quite a bit in both onprem and cloud for us. You can either reset the hypervisor connection via powershell or put it in maint. mode and take it out and it should have them all go back to normal.

Very very long but productive call with engineering yesterday. Seems we tripped a code bug / revealed an enhancement possibility around cloud instances and xenserver 8. Yay!
