09/24/2024, 11:58 AMSetup Citrix Probe for a customer, we have it set to run every day, every 15 minutes, and it only ever works for a single day. Looking at the logs it says there are no jobs available. If we go and edit the probes and restart the service then it seems to start working, but never for more than a day or so. We are using the latest 2407 probe agent, latest CWA 2402 cu1. Director is 2402. Anyone have any help they can provide?

09/30/2024, 3:28 PMDigging more into this, I see the probeagent.txt logging it is going to launch. I see director telling the agent to launch. But the storefront server sees no launch attempt. So the probe agent itself is not actually doing the job it says it is going to run. If I reconfigure the job, and the agent picks it up, then it works. Until it doesn't.

10/03/2024, 12:31 PMWell, I found a workaround. I have a scheduled task set on the probe machines to restart the Probe service once a day, and it seems to be working better.
