We are running into the issue where Citrix load management fails due to the performance counters getting disabled. I want to try this fix but not sure if I would do this in the OS layer or Platform layer. Terry I assume the polatform layer but ill check to be sure. What version of teh applaince are you on
Engineering agreed on Platform layer because that is where the Citrix counters would eb installed

That should have the updates we have done w regards to wmi. Did you update your scripts when you installed it? If not i would do that

So a routine app layer update seems to have broken the performance counters again. Is there something to look for so I don;'t have to open the platform/OS layer again to redo performance counters again?

Are you on a fairly new version and did you update the scripts when you updated. The fixes for performance counter issues do need the scritps to be updated in the os layer. I dont know which version is required for those issues I wil ask.
Ok was 2403 where we updated the scripts for performance counter issues.
