Hi, A customer needs to change the base URL. I tested this in my lab, existing Workspace app configurations are no longer able to contact the store, even when accessing via the NS Gateway. I tried working around this with a CNAME record, but that didn’t work. Resetting the Workspace App configuration is something I want to avoid.

I know it's what you wanted to avoid, but we recently did a CWA reset in a similar situ. I made a logon script that did the reset and dropped a "done" file on a file share. The script would run each time for a month or so but if the "done" file existed it wouldn't do anything. This was on VDA's so pretty easy to control, but can be adjusted for Intune'd laptops etc. Just for inspiration if nothing better shows up 😌
