MyCitrix account question, back in the days when I was still doing IT stuff, I had a My Citrix account for my certifications, downloads, developer licenses etc. If I try this account in “www.citrix.com” and then try to Sign in to “My Citrix account” in the top right corner the login fails. Have these accounts been migrated, disabled or anything when they moved from Citrix to cloud.com (tried pw reset but don’t receive an email, and the chat operator is slow so perhaps posting here gives a tip faster)

If you didn't have MFA enabled by a certain date on that account you will have to call them to get your account squared away.

💯 didn’t enable that, but also can’t find any way to contact them, figured out some email addresses by zero response. The chat as said is fake so I think I am screwed here and lost all my (yes expired) certifications and other stuff :(
