Mine looks like this and is set like this in WEM. Both WEM and UPM are 2407.

yeah, you must have that setting set to disabled, since yours says Configuration read from Policy, and is setting it to 0.

No policies, citrix or gpo are set, besides the ones from WEM

yeah, i think policy just means from somewhere like GPO, WEM, Studio, or Cutomdefaults.ini

I had this exact issue. Citrix confirmed you have to set the policy to DISABLED. documentation is wrong. If the policy is not configured, streaming is ON by default. Even though isn't supposed to apply to containers.
