Anyone else getting no infrastructure data in Director 2402.0.1100, Build 0 when you click on a VDA in the "*Filters - Sessions*" view? We do get infrastruture data, if we navigate to "Filters - Machines". This happens at every single Citrix Site that we updated to said version. It seems like a bug to me.

Hadn't noticed it until now, but I see the same issue on the site upgraded to 2402 CU1

Thanks for the confirmation. I just opened a citrix case. I wouldn't have noticed either, because I very very veeeery rarely go this route, but a colleague noticed it, while troubleshooting something. :)

"Fun" fact: this immediately generates a log event on the Director Server: Citrix Director Service - Event ID 6 An unexpected error occurred. User: 'xx' Console operation: 'Features enabled on VDA machine' Additional information: 'Parameter received is null or empty siteId. '

I get it

Doesn't look like you're running 2402 CU1? my VDA version is 2402.0.1100.1256 while yours is 2402.0.100.629. So might be a issue with CU1

could be ill upgrade some time today and check
So when i upgraded just director and not the ddcs or database I had the same errors. Then after upgrading the DDCS and database i could see some of it but most said NA. I had to logout of my session and then back in and now i see everything again.

A little update on the issue: I have discovered, that the URL, which links to the machine details if you go from "Filters - Sessions" to the VDA, is missing the siteid. If I add it at the end of the URL the error is gone and I receive data. The URL to the VDA details if you go from "Filters - Machines" uses the presumably correct URL with the site id. Example Working URL (via Filters - Machines): https://director/Director/helpDesk/machine/details?locale=en_US&machineId=S-1-5-21-2639188934-1231503823-1836216699-1777&originalFrom=%2Ffilters%2Fmachines%2Fserver-os&machineName=NAME*&siteid=5b69f08c-c873-4033-9cd9-227a26adaf25* Not working URL (via Filters - Sessions): https://director/Director/helpDesk/machine/details?locale=en_US&machineId=S-1-5-21-2639188934-1231503823-1836216699-1777&originalFrom=%2Ffilters%2Fmachines%2Fdesktop-os&machineName=NAME That would also explain why the Eventlog Error says "Parameter received is null or empty siteId." I will provide those findings to the open case now. This has to be a bug.
Follow up: We received a private fix from the escalation engineer and after implementing it, the issue is gone. He acknowledged, that it is indeed a bug. "There was a code change in CU1 which affected some of the links. As a result SiteID is not there." If anyone needs the fix, you can relate to our case #82919556
